we loved our stay. near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. breakfast in the restaurant was very convenient.

Great Breakfast and Friendly Staff

The breakfast offered by this hotel was fantastic with a lot of choices and a good mix of local and international dishes. The staff was always smiling and willing to help with any request. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. I also enjoyed the spacious parking area which was a relief considering parking issues in this town.

The noise level was very high, making it almost impossible to sleep. They were hosting activities which seemed great at first, but the sound was just too loud.

Clean room, spacious and well-lit. Relaxing ambiance, not crowded. Access to activities like billiards and swimming. Convenient location across SM City Lipa and bus terminal. Helpful staff.

I had a great stay at this hotel. It is directly across the biggest mall in the city, making it very accessible for shopping and dining. The location of the hotel is in a nice area, providing a pleasant and convenient environment for guests. The staff were attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with complete toiletries and even had a bidet, adding a touch of convenience to my stay. Additionally, having breakfast included in the room rate was a nice bonus.

The hotel's location right across a shopping mall was very convenient for me as I could easily access it from the footbridge just outside. Great Location and Friendly Service During my city trip, I was lucky enough to stumble upon this hotel and I could not be happier with my choice. the location is unbeatable - it is situated just across a big mall and easily accessible by public transport. the staff was incredibly friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.

Noisy Nights One of the only drawbacks of this hotel was the noise level at night. There was some noise from outside that made it difficult to sleep at times.

Located in a prime area with direct access to a large shopping centre, several medical centres and numerous eateries. the service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and equipped with necessary amenities like good air conditioning, toiletries and comfortable bedding.

The breakfast buffet wasn't up to mark and required some improvement, especially in terms of the quality of juices and sausages available.
